3- Went to college late (at age of 24) and studied sciences (biology, chemistry and physics) ... went to work with a State Health Department after graduation ... ended up managing an Environmental and Health Laboratory until I had a stroke in 2006 that left me unable to speak (words were all in my head, but the 'mouth muscles' wouldn't work).
4- I was forced to retire with a small pension, but was unable to work, so I packed-up and moved to Costa Rica in 2007 (where I still reside).
5- I am totally ignorant of psychology, but I am interested ... I don't think I'm too old to learn ... I have learned to speak Spanish (at least as good as I speak English since the stroke, LOL.)
