Genealogy Photos

Genealogy, Anyone interested in sharing old family photos? For privacy reasons, you don't have to post the names if you don't feel comfortable doing so. Share something, like this is great grandma or me as a baby etc. During my research of genealogy I have gathered a lot of old family photos. I have even done one room in my home, with old B/W photos of family! Old or newer photos are fine whatever you are comfortable sharing. Lets have fun with this, as we take a look back in time!

I will post some of my pictures a little later as soon as I get them loaded to photobucket!

This sounds like fun. My problem is I can get them posted in the little pictures down below the group but to get them large and under my post I have no idea how to do that. I will go ahead and post one of my grandmother and her family when they were young tomorrow. Maybe by then more of us will have had time to get them into their photobuckets.

Finally, I could not get photobucket to cooperate with me tonight LOL. I will add a few pictures on my paternal side of the family.

authsandi put your photos on photobucket.com then copy and paste the html code under the picture. That should post the picture with your message.

Crap, Crap, CRAP!!!!! I can't get this thing to copy and paste like you suggested. The picture is in the albums along with everyone elses. I wish I knew how to do this better. I can't even get a picture from Picasa of my puppies to put on my profile. I get a little box that says the file doesn't exist. When I go to Picasa the file is there. Maybe I am just to tired. Sorry to vent on this but I get so frustrated on trying to get something done and don't seem to be able to.

Yeah I finally got it to work. This is my grandmother and her brothers and sisters. Left to right are Hersey, Errett, Siddie and Clinton. There is her half brother Wayne, father Irving, half sister Vera, half sister Fern, step mother Mina, and half brother Gordon. This is on my mothers side.

Way to go authsandi!! I had trouble with photobucket last night too. I was about to give up on it, but I knew I couldn't sleep if I did LOL!
