That is a wonderful story, and certainly a heads-up that there IS light at the end of what seems to me, at this end, a VERY LONG tunnel. Bill passed not quite 3 months ago, and I am still quite fragile, but you are telling me that there will be better days. Thank you.
What WONDERFUL news, wolflt52. Having actually met you on a SKIT to San Antonio a couple years ago, it warms my heart to hear of your happiness. A dear friend of my who lost her husband about a year and a half ago, has also found a new love... Love happens.

Congratulations to you both - here we are with another marriage within the group.
Though we are not actively looking ( some of us) at least it is heartwarming to know that perhaps there is a companion out there for us -

That is wonderful news, Les! I too have found someone although I was not actively looking. I wish we could marry but Social Security has some problems with that, at least until I am 60. We are trying our best to purchase a home in Ohio and sell my home in Colorado, but it is not as easy at it seems! May all your dreams come true.....Love is such a blessing and the best thing about it is that the more we love the bigger our heart grows, loving more never diminishes another love, it honors it.

Although I do not know you, all the happiness in the world. I have been a widow for 15 yrs now and never found anyone. I am not looking that hard. As the other gal said if love happens it happens, if not it was not meant to be. Although I have a few male acquaintances and almost hooked up with one. I put a stop to it for I found him to be not my type and it had to be his way and not my way. So I have not seen another man since then.
Sure I am lonely for male companionship at times, but after all these years it is not missed too much. I'm sure when the right man is out there for me. God will help put him in my path of life.

Best wishes on your upcoming marriage. I do not know you but very glad to hear that you have found love again for I do not believe that God intended for us to be alone. Thank you for letting us know that love can come again if we are open to it.
