Well, I have some bad/sad news to tell you....and this is very difficult but here goes: after careful consideration and due to the chain of events in the past couple of weeks Jim and I have decided to postphone the get together in September. Alot of it is due to our son's recent illness which will be taking up quite a bit of our (my) time with his treatments etc...
Another factor is the unusually terrible weather we have had all summer long. After the last couple of severe storms - I cannot take a chance and "hope" that a tent will suffice for shelter. Notice I have said postphone not cancel.... I know the rest of the year for the get together will not work either.........so we are aiming for next year -early summer. This will give me time to find a better place to hold this party as I would like to find a place to rent for this get together. I know you will understand why we need to do this..and I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you! This was a very difficult decision believe me but we felt that we had no alternative to the situation. I Know all of you will understand our situation also.
