Freedom of Speech is not a right per the TOU of this website. But, it does go hand in hand with personal responsibility and accountability. This is your group, and these are real people behind their avatar, so keep that in mind when you reply to a post. Remember the Golden Rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
We will delete or close discussions for the following reasons at FOS:
1. Posts that violate eons TOU. Read them when in doubt.
2. At the request of a member who wants his or her own post deleted for their own reasons.
3. When further discussion is not necessary and has been beaten to death.
4. When a new thread's subject is already being discussed.
5. We will delete replies to a post that we consider “baiting”, sarcastic or name calling and serve no purpose at all. Please remember this rule: “reply to the post, not the poster”.
PLEASE keep the initial post to a short paragraph or two. Put the rest in the first reply. This courtesy makes it possible to showcase many posts on page one – not just yours.
