Here are some instructions for using Photobucket.Photobucket www.photobucket.com, is a image hosting site. They have free and pro accounts. Using this site not only saves the memory on your hard drive; but it helps keep your pictures organized, provides direct links to your pictures and provides you with the HTML code.
1. Set-up your account with Photobucket. It's very easy to do this and then you are ready to go. You can upload your own pictures or browse the site for pictures you like.
2. I always recommend having Photobucket open in a new tab to make copying & pasting as easy as possible.
3. Once you have chosen a picture, click on it. If the picture is in your album
*, there will be a box to the left of the picture called Share this image. Move your mouse to the
HTML code & click in the box with the code. After you click, it should say copied.
4. Now return to your Eons tab &
left click in the area where you wish to attach the picture. Then
right click &
paste. (If paste is grayed out, go back & copy the pic again)
5. Once you paste, you will see code just like you did when posting a graphic. This code will be converted to the pic when you click on preview or post.
*If this pic is not in your album, I recommend copying it to your album before using it.
a. To copy a pic move your mouse to just above the pic. When you do this some options will appear, click on copy to my album. A pop-up window will appear, you can choose an album & save the pic.
b. Once saved, you have the option to view the pic in your album. At this point to copy & paste follow the steps above.
