Wow! Vicki, Thanks for sharing...great slide show..I miss this sort of thing. I grew up in Michigan where we did this sort of thing. Now I live in the desert and fire here is really scary..it is so dry just a spark starts a wild fire. And also, it is so hot no one is outside much. We do a lot more in the winter, but the kids can't play outside in the summer until the sun goes down. Just 112 or so today!!! Cute kiddos there!!

I love small towns in Texas. It was really cool under the old shade tree and I felt sort of like Mayberry! Great turnout. There is hope for patriotism yet! (:

It was 105 today so July 4th came right on time. Staying inside tomorrow, I hope! All Day!!
