I hope each of you had a safe and enjoyable 4th?! Ours was very low key as our grandson wore out Grandma and his Aunts, lol!! Mom and Dad took full advantage and did not pick him up until mid-night....

At the moment all are sleeping....but me....I need to complete my park hours today since I took out time to interview prospective administrators this past week....sort of regretting that decision at the moment, lol....

Weather was not good yesterday...less rain today but not much sun either....dreary which will match my mood....

Had a safe fourth and dreary it is here also. I did get to watch a Capitol Fourth Fireworks it was
great entertainment and a little of the Boston Pops who had Neil Diamond singing.
I have to go this day to visit mom at hospital after church
so soak up your chance at quiet and have a good day.

Hi TC! The weather was wonderful here yesterday but very overcast today which means your rain is coming this way. I went to the local 4th of July celebration picnic at our community pool then went to my middle daughter's home for a cookout. Great time all afternoon into the late hours, so I am dragging today. Hope you don't have to work too hard and can get some relaxation time today.

We had nice but hot weather but stayed inside so not too bad. Went to a cousin's and had bar-b-q and family visiting. It was almost all adult as all the kids were gone to camps, or with other relatives who were on trips. We took pictues, talked, laughed and ate. A nice day. Then came home and just rested.
