Yes it's a wild rasberry bush, we enjoy them and so do the dogs(in moderation of course) I will try and get a few more shots, the berry season isn't all that long.

What a great picture! TQ likes certain fruit ~ bananas and stawberries ~ but he'll only eat one or two slices of them, which is fine, they are a healthier snack than french fries (I think he's still holding out for those). Reese and Gabby are so cute together!

Such pretty dogs -- the doxie looks like its planning its attack on the berrries -- maybe sitting up on the hind legs will do it! Dogs are not true carnivores like cats so they like fruits and veggies. My dogs like grapes (peeled), blueberries and apple slices. Some dogs like carrots -- years ago I cured my old dog of cancer by feeding her carrots scrapings. She lived to be 16.

I am sure if I let them eat as many as they want they would get a tummy ache...they LOVE watermellon,bluebarries, carrots ...all kinds of veeggies. I agree, much better than other kinds of snacks.No rasins or grapes, I read that they are not good for our fur kids.
I wish my camara was quicker to take shots, I thought I got one of Gab using Reese to get up higher in the bush, almost standing on her back, but no such luck.

Me too I heard that grapes and raisins where not good for dogs.

Although I only feed my dogs one or two grapes at a time and only rarely, it seems that its not a good idea as a regular thing

I had a Golden that ate the grapes at the back of the yard like crazy,skins, seeds and all and she never had a problem. Years later I read that grapes were not good. I don't know, everything in moderation I guess. I would have worded it so it didn't look like I was questioning you fur mommy skills Archer...I certinly didn't mean it to sound that way. We were posting round the same time I guess ( =
