I apologize

to those who like Michael Jackson, but I am soooo sick and tired of all this coverage and crap and who gets kids and who doesn't....talk of his billions of dollars of wealth, the costs to have the Staples Arena idol worship, and swallow hard knowing THOUSANDS of young kids will go hungry today, like yesterday and again tomorrow...makes me want to vomit....America's values have certainly gone down the crapper

Michael Jackson has been raked over the coals again and again. He needs to be laid to rest.

There were 3 events that happened the same day MJ died and it was never reported.
Jeff Goldblum fell off a cliff, Harrison Ford fell off his yact and George Clooney was
in a plane crash. I still don't know if any are alive or dead. The media never touched on it.

Those delightful rumors that Goldblume, Ford and Clooney died were all rehashed internet hoaxes that come around every year with the celebrity names changed.

And yes, Michael Jackson needs to be laid to rest and banished from TV. I'm sick of hearing about him. Thank God for internet news or I'd have no clue what was going on in the world.

I second or third or tenth the motion. The way I see it is: the media doesn't give a rat's patoot about whether MJ is worthy of adulation.
The fact is there is a lot of footage of him around . . .and it's the summer doldrums program-wise, so you can fill the time cheaply. Heck, you can send all the news reporters on vacation and no one will even notice. I deal with it by turning the TV off and going outside to enjoy the summer, cuz I don't give a rat's patoot, either.
