Is she going to be a lobbyist for the oil companies? A best selling author?
Regarding the tip of the "iceberg" scandal.... I've read the letters "IRS" a couple of times now, but I read some pretty flaky stuff.... present company excluded.

Dropping out before her term is finished seems to me to be the end of a political career. WTF was she thinking? Playing the victim shows weakness of character.

WE?!?!?!? I know she and Todd are going to have their own talk show on Faux News or CBN.
I'll be happy if she get a Fox News show, then I'll never see her again, well, except when Rachel or Keith play her stupid clipps! I'm waiting, I know there is more to come!
Seriously though, folks, Mehgan Stapleton of the Palin Camp has issued a statement of sorts:

"she found…resistance, and she found as she looked up more and more that state time and resources were being just wasted with just frivolous ethics complaints coming in, and FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests and lawsuits — but to an extraordinary extent, and from literally those doing opposition research," spokeswoman Meghan Stapleton told CNN's Suzanne Malveaux on The Situation Room Friday. "And so she said really, is this good for Alaska? Is this what a governor is supposed to do, sit and watch money going down the drain?"

Resistance? She couldn't handle resistance?
The McCain campaign had previously complained that she became unglued, distracted by any opposition, any drama that popped up, whether it were a reporter who asked the wrong question or a protester heckling her.

She was unnerved by Freedom of Information Requests. Now, that's telling. What kind of paper trail has she left behind? She probably didn't know we could do that.
