You'll have to learn to delegate, use trades people, know when paying somebody to do something is a more efficient use of your resources than spending the time to do things yourself. There's a hell of a learning curve to any business, hopefully any mistakes will be small ones that won't end up in a catastrophic failure... been there, done that.
