GREEDY BONES is part of a light/humorous mystery series set in the Mississippi Delta. My Web site is www.carolynhaines.com I used to be a photojournalist, and though I'm from the Pine Barren area of Mississippi, I ended up writing about the Delta, which is a strange and conflicted place. My character is an amateur private investigator who is haunted by the ghost of her great-great-grandmother's nanny, a bossy high-dressing character named Jitty.
I write dark crime novels also. And Southern novels. I'm an eclectic reader so I have a lot of interests in writing.
