Weird Gift glitch
I got a nice comment from a friend and clicked on her name in the comment on my page, which took me to her profile page, and went to her gift section. I clicked on Give a Gift, and clicked on a gift to send her, wrote a message for it, and sent it. I was then shown a profile page of someone else whose screen name was similar but not identical. The gift ended up on this other person's page. At no time did I type her name in, it was all done by clicking connections on the screen of my friend.
What happened? I have been dealing with the addressee's name disappearing on PMs that I compose after clicking "reply" to PMs received, but this beats that all to heck - LOL
