I'm going to throw some baby back ribs on the grill on the 3rd. We have friends from Wisconsin visiting and our daughter and her family are going to join us as well. I think I will also do a Low Country Shrimp Boil or Frogmore Stew as well, but I know that's not an appropriate subject for this group. ;-)
If anyone wants to take a peak check it out here:

Going to grill something not sure what yet. Steak, shrimp, spare ribs, chicken or maybe just hamburgers and hot dogs. Right now I'm leaning toward steak and shrimp.
Oh and bug I'll take some of that shimp boil or frogmore stew. I've never had either one but want to try them one day.
I'm thinking of grilling all beef hot dogs, and topping them off with some home-made beef chuck chili. A little coleslaw on the side, with some iced tea to wash it all down.
Hey Bug, You can certainly throw in recipes for your Low Country Shrimp Boil or Frogmore Stew! Man can't live on bbq alone. We have a ton of sides, salads, desserts and drinks in the index.
Cheers; Mass
We will be out on the trail with our portable Weber, grilling up some'um for sure.

It all sounds great, and you all are inspiring. New to group ~ Hi, I'm sdg... betcha can't guess where I live. Hey had I known I was becoming a permanent resident of eons 2.5 years ago, I would have chosen a more creative name.
Maybe this will be a particularly independent weekend. I bought a nice bbq 6 years ago when I moved to this condo, used it once, and that was when a guy friend was visiting. I always left bbq to my husband. But I love the taste and am hoping to catch up on lost taste testing. I have lots of recipes.
Nice to meet you. Have a fun, safe weekend!!
Bacon wrapped filets, baked potatoes and corn on the cob! It might not even rain here today :^)
Everyone loved the ribs and the shrimp. I was worried for just a little bit that the ribs weren't going to be done when the shrimp were, but just delayed adding the shrimp for a few minutes. Everyone was stuffed and now we have some yummy leftovers for the rest of the weekend.
Yes, we managed to burn the chicken on the outside but it was still good on the inside and the sausages were great.Unexpected company but all had a good time.Sent all leftovers home with company.
