Crockpot Meatloaf .The following recipe I saw on Momscents online. It looked pretty good.

"Crock pot Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
* 1 egg
* 1 cup finely chopped onion
* 1 package crackers ( use Ritz, my mom uses Saltines)
* 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 cup ketchup, divided

PREPARATION:

Spray crockpot with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, egg, mustard, crackers,salt,pepper, and 1/2 cup ketchup. Shape mixture into a ball and place in slow cooker. Spread remaining ketchup over top of loaf. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Serves 6.

MORE IDEAS:

You can either peel and cube potatoes and put on top, or prepare separately and mash before you are ready to eat.

Add one can of green beans to crock pot or prepare beans separately with pepper and & chopped onion"

Ok thats nuff for one day......final tip of the day....never,ever peel potatoes,wash those
babies good and cook as desired...you lose a good part of the potato plus most of the
nutrients when you toss those peels.
