Fireworks Show Cancelled

I just found out that the 2 towns I live closest to have cancelled their fireworks displays this year.... bad economy... blah, blah, blah. One town down south of here went door to door and collected enough donations in order to have their 52nd annual display. The chicago skit should produce some doozies (snicker), but alas, it will be a week late. Anyone else out there across this great nation facing the same problem?

Big display down at the Blues Festival on the River. Will probably go to the Blues Festival but not sure I'll stay for the fireworks display, just not that big on fireworks, can take them or leave them.
