Hello all you Hoosiers. Anyone planning on seeing Johnny Depp in his movie about John Dillinger? I know a lot about Dillinger's life but I also want to go see Johnny! He's a cutie pie! I live not far from Dillingers home. My mother was at his aunts house for his viewing. My mom's brother dated Dillinger's sister! I think it is interesting that it is a show about Indiana's past.

Yes, I very much want to see that movie. I like all of those stories about Dillinger, and Bonnie and Clyde.

I don't live very far from you myself, about 15 miles south of you actually.

I loved Johnny in the Pirate movies. He is pretty sexy in black eye liner. LOL

I can't wait to see the movie. All I know about Dillinger is that he was from Indiana and a bit of a fan with people. BUT I love Johnny Depp, I believe that I've seen all of his movies.

I have read several articles about the movie. The one thing that comes out about the production values is that the scenes really look like the time period. A comment by the head of the Chicago Historical Museum was that the Chicago make over should be listed as a supporting actor. They used the actual movie theater and alley where the shootout occurred at the end of the movie. He said he felt out of place driving down the street in his Accord because everything looked so realistic. Holding to high standards as to clothes, cars, even a reporter's mechanical pencil should mean the acting has to carry the movie since there won't be the distraction of having something modern to seen in a period movie.
