What I find annoying are the folks that hijack a group and make up a bunch of new rules and don't have the courage to show who they are.
I am not really concerned...I get ignored enough here, I doubt anyone gives a damn what I do...ROFLMAO
We do TOO care about you utahjim. I'm glad you enjoyed my post. You know, I am 99% serious, and 1% the devil made me do it. But I'm pretty sure you can tell which is which. As for photos, some of us don't HAVE a current photo. The few people who are still around who would take our pictures take the photos home with them. I just don't feel comfortable posting a 20 year old photo. Truth in advertising, you know. There is the photo on my driver's license, of course. Nah, everybody looks better than their driver's license.
My drivers license picture looks like I just got out of jail or returned from an Antarctic expedition. Hang on......I did just get out of jail.....
Poncho, I think the dog and cat avatars are a nice change from all those bunches of carrots and soccer balls that used to be so common. I always felt rather surreal having a conversation with vegetables. Of course, now that I change my headgear every day, I am the surreal one, although the face is always me.
Some people get stalked here on Eons by an unhappy member, or a besotted member, so they make their profile private to get away from that person.
There are many reasons for a private profile.
Flicka, I, too, am waiting for the love-starved, sex-starved lothario to show up on my doorstep. Waiting, waiting, waiting ...... oh, the heck with it. Looks like I will have to start cruising the nursing homes for old demented men. Their minds don't have to work, just their equipment.

All one needs is a first name, hometown, place of employment, ethnicity, date of birth, address history (city/state), marital status. Any combination of these, and not all are necessary, and you can be found.
My son does "skip tracing" and you would be suprised how simple it is.
I have another question about Whats Up.... Whats up with people who feel the need to change their account name on here... I know one person (uses same pic) has had three acct names.. My question is WHY?
I mean I understand if you came onto Eons and someone started harassing you and the only way you felt you could stop that was to change your name.. I just find it odd is all... perhaps each time they change their name on here they change their persona???
