The FAA is NOT investigating-- so they don't know if he was wearing his seatbelt-- Isn't that a part of those people's jobs?-- to make sure that the seatbelts are fastened-- I get in trouble if mine isn't.
I am serious-- those 'Attendants" are assholes if you don't do what they say----

Maybe the 'little woman' hit him over the head with something ( to shut him up)-- like a piece of luggage or, cleaver-- or something, and just blamed the airplane ride---
