I'm, uh, geographically challenged. That means, maps look like pretty colors and squiggly lines to me. Fortunately, the GPS has been invented.

I do have some kind of inner director, though. My daughter calls it "your Native American thing". So, if we're totally lost and the map isn't helping, she turns to me and says, "Mom, do you Native American thing". It hasn't failed yet, I ask myself where the destination is, then head where my extra sense tells me, with no logic and no idea why.

I have a defective sense of direction gene. I get lost in my own neighbourhood. Pathetic. Verbalista, how about sharing your Native American thing?

But the I can't sing either. As for maths...well it's sad.

I do have ball sense though. Just trying to toss in a something positive before I get depressed.

I'm directionally challenged but still stayed in the real estate arena for over 30 years. God blessed me with a good photographic memory. Memorized land signs, exit ramp #'s, etc.

I lack the bull shit gene . I am unable to either produce it myself , or tolerate its production coming from others .

I have the lack of direction gene for sure!!...Judools??...ball sense????....lol....afraid to ask.....Judools you have plenty of very cool genes.....your sense of humor gene for instance...and many more I am certain!...lol

Judools, maybe you do have the Native American thing. You may not have tried it, maybe you disregarded it!

You just stop being sensible and ask yourself "Where is it"? You listen to the inner wisdom that seems to be telling you. Try it some time, you could be mightily surprised.

I am lacking the direction gene for sure. Get lost coming out of the grocery store or my bedroom!! LOL
Also pretty short on the math gene!
I could use some more energy genes these days!!
