10 Ways to Cut Cost and Calories
1 - Make a grocery list and stick to it! There's one in the back of the Weight Watcher's Tracker.
2 - Buy filling foods. Most of these are found in the perimeter of the grocery store.
3 - Pack your lunches and snacks for work or travel.
4 - Buy in bulk, divide and freeze!
5 - Fresh fruit and veggies too expensive? Buy frozen or canned.
6 - Use beans (pinto, black, northern, kidney, etc.) They are high in fiber and cheaper protein than meat.
7 - Do it yourself when it comes to chopping, slicing and dicing your cheese, vegetables, fruits and nuts.
