can't remove myself or tagged posts

my problem is when I click on 'photo editing(4)
it says the group is closed - I mean like closed closed.
ummmm how do I make this go away?

(usually when I click on a subscribed message...it will not show up
again until a new post....I also, normally have the option to 'unsubscribe' to
the message..) ALL my options, including joining to unsubscribe are
blocked.
Now it bugs me... sitting there....and there ain't a dang thing I can do
about it ! lol
(though it's been there..... 'awhile')

Have you tried clicking on "view all subscribed messages" and then clicking the "unsubscribe from message" link?

awww gee, once again... my hero came thru for me !
Yes... Bob... on the page "MY EONS" , I found "view all subscribed messages"...
all this time, I just figured... I don't know....it was there to tell me what I was looking at !
WOW ..... 40 some pages, 1000's of posts later... I cleaned up my 'subscribed messages'
by a simple click click click... what a treasure chest.... found posts there that I am
really glad have been archived for me to relocate... totally cool....
oh, and yes... I was able to make the original problem go away!
thank you....problem solved AND I learned something new !!!!
check it out gang.... a 'cyber' desk worth keeping cleaned up....

@tallbob ~ If I don't see "view all subscribed messages" on my My Eons page, does that mean there is no active subscribed messages in my Eons account?

That has always been the case on my page. I routinely clean up the subscribed page, but have to wait until there is a reply to one of them so that it uncovers the little tag at the bottom.

Ok, now I get how it works. I have some messages noted and the "view all subscribed messages" is back.

click on those little words... and a NEW page will pop up....
that's the one you want to keep clean...then you can archive
any of the special ones !

When we update the My Eons page, the "view all subscribed messages" link will always be available. It might be included in the My Eons menu, too. That's the plan.
