Ever eat pig tails ?

Well actually I have eaten real pig tails but these are not pig tails
....just sweet & sour ribs

recipe:
1 lb sweet & sour ribs marinated in 1/4 c.Tamari Soy Sauce one hour or more
bake at 350 for 45 - 55 min with the marinating sauce

8 oz snow peas/8 oz musgrooms/1 whole red bell pepper...stir fry about 2 min
in 1 T oil and after the 2 min. toss
in the drippings from the "pig" tails stir just to coat and enjoy ...serves 2

No tails, but I have eaten much of the meat from the head in scrapple.

I used to make Head cheese or souse for my late husband.
His parents came to America from Lithuania.
His wonderful mother taught me how to make this dish.

They loved America so much they studied and became Americans.
