It is still cloudy and rainey on 1A. Maybe tomorrow will be better. anyway we hope so. We are up but not moving so fast. I haven't even made it to the kitchen for my coffee. Hope you all have a good day. Evie

It's still raining...Surprise,surprise !!
I'm getting moldy !!! Seriously, I'd like to send 1/2 of the rain to the "hotter" places and get some of their heat...I haven't put on a pr of short pants in over a month !!Chilly.
I have coffee, and have made my bed, but am moving slow for everything else..

With all the rain and overcast, and folks talking like this is not typical, I had to look back in my blog to see what, if anything, I had said about the weather this time last year...

From 2008: I am told that it doesn't usually rain this much, this time of year here. I like the rain. I was at the garden yesterday, it is alternately holding its own (lettuce starts and seeded starts do not seem to be doing much but the coles are thriving -- baby broccoli is showing it's heads -- and the tomatoes are blooming, peppers wanting to and peas are tall enough that where I had not put up trellis, I did so, scrounging branches to tie to the metal posts with scrounged bailing twine.

Garden this year about the same... seems it was rainy in June last year too, at least around these parts.

Still cloudy and rainy in York County, and starting to drizzle. I've been keeping track of the weather: so far in June we've had 4 sunny days and 6 in May. We've got to get the ch 6, 8, & 13 weather people to cast some spells. And TWC is even more pessimistic.
