Summary of May Workouts

Thought I would share what I've been doing to build Aerobic Base:

1. Biking: 142 miles
2. Running: 56 miles
3. Golf (walk carry bag): 65 miles
4. Weight lifting...
5. rest days 6

Total calories burned: 37000

June is on track to do same. I need to pick up the volume of my biking.

What an accomplishment Rad .........if I had the time or energy I would attempt more...
So far Aqua exercise, adding Turbo Jam (after knee surgery and able to) as I love the music and helps with motivation. Adding bicycle also after surgery....too much pain for now. We have many walking paths about our Indiana area so hopeful can add more walking.
My energy for exercise is best in Mornings as later on I am worn out from all task I accomplish, or projects I keep coming up with to complete.
Have a young attitude at age 65 young but body just doesn't agree some days....lol I try to ignore it.
