3 days ago I found an amazing site called Sparklepeople.com

It it TOTALLY dedicated to Weight Loss & I am thrilled & excited to have found it. The tools there including a sliding scale personally set up for everyone for FREE
is incentive & exciting. I love EONS just think there is room for more.
There are thousands & thousands of folks on this site all fighting our same battle.
Check it out. Maybe I'll see you here & there.....

I have used FitDay--and if fact bought the CD to track my food on the computer. Then I discovered Spark People, and use that website to log my food & exercise. I like it very much. My SP user name is DONNYE2008.
