Modern Mythology

I have been thinking what might be some modern myths that have the possibility of being passed down from generation to generation?

Anyone who uses their brain, follows their intellect, wants to pursue something intelligent, is accepted and rewarded.

In te 1990’s America fought for democracy across the continents

; Walter Chronkit. Ws the most trusted person in the world
The race problem was solved in America by the passing of the 1985 civil rights act

.The world War 2 generation was the greatest

The 1990’s were an era of greed

The President is the Commander in Chief.
It was the governments fault that General Motors failed

you think any of these might make the myth category?

Unfortunately, with all the high-brow blustering, and deep, meaningful insight comprised of all the knowledge gained in man's short existence; There is probably only one myth that will prevail throughout the rest of our presence on this small, insignificant particle in the universe.

Elvis Lives!

That Elvis lives is fact , not myth Baxter . It is sad that the union of his line to the immortal Michael Jackson line did not not produce offspring . They might have been the beginning of a race of true immortals .

There are those who believe Elvis lives,
And there are those who watch "The Flintstones Movie" as a documentary. . . . . .

I found a leter that thomas jefferson wrote to his favorite granddaughter explaining why he was leaving her the desk that he wrote the declaration on. he said that sometimes counties need supertitions like reliquaries and he hoped that sometime in the future the chair would be held ip in a march as a reminder of the principles that founded the country. It is in the smithsonian.
