Hating the Hormones!

Well, after having done so well the past two weeks, I went up FOUR POUNDS. This is so frustrating, but I'm blaming it on hormones - cuz it couldn't be my fault! ha ha But seriously, water weight is very frustrating. It's been real hot here, I've not been getting enough sleep ... and OH YEAH ... I didn't journal my food last week. ~sigh~ Won't I ever learn???
does everyone know that drinking MORE water actually helps eliminate water retention?

I've heard that! I drink coffee in the early morning and ice water for the rest of the day with an occasional diet soda. Very little else. I think I'm getting enough water, but will certainly make a note to pay closer attention to that!
