Name Your Dealbreakers

What are dealbreakers for you? You get to name an even dozen.

Just as a start, for me -- and in no particular order

1. Comb over bwahahahaha
2. Liar, about anything, even his age
3. Bad table manners
4 Rude
5. Terminally stupid
6. Bad sex, or even worse ... no sex
7. Annoying adult children
8. Not solvent
9. No sense of humor
10.Racist, age-ist, sexist, whatever-ist
11.Fanatically religious. Religious - fine, in fact, I admire that. Doesn't have to be mine.
12.Excessively political. I am pretty much a-political. I don't want to spend all my time talking politics.

This was too easy! About the only one I can think of not already listed is if he/she has a criminal history including abuse of any kind. I don't care how charming he/she is.

2. active addiction process (including tobacco)
3. intolerance
4. stupidity (ignorance can be remedied, stupidity is for life)
5. filthy/significant hygiene issues
6. TV addict
7. extreme religious or anti-religious views of any kind
8. inability to share
9. dislike of children
10. active major mental illness
11. illiteracy

What a terrific list of Dealbreakers y'all have posted! I second them all except (just for me) I have asthma, and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and cats (and animal dander) so those are also dealbreakers for me.

I think these lists are wonderful. I would probably add poor hygiene, bad manners in general and intimacy issues.

Now the "Comb over bwahahahaha", does that include men and women? ;)

Hey, there is nothing wrong with blue hair! Punk rockers dye their hair blue all the time. It's trendy! And you also increase your dress options by two fold. Various shades of blue go with so many more outfits and dressing styles. Se magnifique!

The problem is, Dennis, that the blue hair set aren't usually punk rockers, but prim and proper ladies with sensible shoes, a hanky tucked into one sleeve cuff, and a purse carried demurely over one arm.

I'm not talking Wild and Zany Blue, or F*ck Me Purple, or Come and Get it Green. That's a whole nother ballgame, baby.
