Sunday Aft...
great worship this AM, came home, made broiled crabcakes & cooked up a bunch of zucchini, yellow squash, onions, mushrooms & tomatos in soy sauce. Now packed up to head to the boat.....
Doing great as long as I take what I need...not to be tempted by all the chips, dips, etc. Hope all are doing something wonderful on this gorgeous Sunday!!
