I think you are the exception, most men want someone 10 years younger than them.
I have run into that myself. I really don't understand it, although I've looked at some of the "younger" women and I think I might see where the problem is. I agree with you, its hard to think about a long term relationship with a man 20 years younger, it just isn't going to work. jalee

I have the same"problem" that you ladies seem to have...only it is NO problem.
Have had a relationship with a younger man for 3 years now. He is very handsome and a great lover and 12 years younger than me.
The only thing I am hesitant about is marriage[ have already done that!]
Years do not matter as much at our age.After 50 we all have a lot in common.
My advice to you ladies is "try it you might be very pleasantly surprised."

I have only been with younger men since I turned 33 . I didht like it at first thought it was wrong. Now I am married to someone 21 yrs younger who treats me wonderful . My first husband was older treated me good but not like this husband. I tell you what the younger men told me. hey its only a number and hey you never know what tomorrow may bring. Interesting. I generally attract the older men (yeah, don't we all?), and am generally attracted to men who are between four and ten years older than me. However, I did have a younger man approach me last year. He is my son's age, 27, and all he wanted was to have sex with me... he said he wanted to experience what it was like with an older woman. WHAT?! LOL Met on one of those online dating sights. He didn't want to meet first except to meet for sex. Or is that "meat" for sex? I think he had it a little confused. It was an online dating sight, not an online pick your hooker site. And... he claimed to be a police officer. Hmmmm, do you think he was undercover trolling for hookers using the site as a john? By your look's I can see why a younger man would like to date you, also you have a better head on your shoulders than women their age with more to offer, say a house, nice car, and good conversation rather than drink,sex and giggleing. I myself have had a experiance with younger women and things do not work as goals and future seemed not to be in their interests, eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we may die attitude. But my bank account and retirement really was of interest, what about yours? I can just say be cautious as when its time to travel and he cannot get off work, or say go to grandmas and he has other things to do, please do not let your emotions rule the circumstances.
I am one of those younger men you hear about. I am 7 years younger than my fiancee. I cant speak for others but my own feeling is I feel comfortable with the lady Im with. We share passion that I never thought I would experience.

Possible reasons include that the last census confirmed that there are more men than women from thirty to forty. The percentage is not large but still rare and significant
The other reason is that women from thirty to forty plus do not tolerate men who are afraid to commit. A critical child bearing age matrix and these women have no time to pay games and so the men go up on age brackets.
Many single women will tell you that they are often hit upon by younger men.

Well I personally Love older women. I have also found older women enjoy the company of younger men, with good reason I guess ,but it's a road to heart break and it will happen.. I'll be a round for you (Older Women) when the bottom falls out and be just as passionate with you, maybe not as often but with more passion then just plain heat!!
Your 63 and if a younger guy wants a relationship with you! why not. Go for it my dear.
