First, determine if the problem is better posted in one of the other member-powered help groups: The Studio view link for design issues, Computers Technology and Internet Solutions Center view link for hardware and software and other techie issues, or Mac Pack view link for Macintosh issues.

To report a technical problem on the site, please reply to this message with the following information:
1) Copy and paste the a link to the page with the problem, if possible.
2) Please provide a short summary of the issue.
3) Please include the following:
a. The type of computer you use (PC or Mac)
b. The browser you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)
c. The version of the browser you're using.

Please post reports in this thread only, as it will be monitored regularly, and as issues are resolved, they will be deleted from the message.

I've noticed that group icons aren't being displayed properly, regardless of whether the group is new or established. Instead, the Eons-generated red thermometer appears.

a. PC - Windows XP
b. Firefox
c. version 3.0.10

It seems to be an intermittent problem (the best kind!) This is the icon for Creative Photography, a new group I just started --

the problem is when I go to compose a messege and start to type the recepients name in the recepients box the recepients name pops up (like always) but when i click on it it won't go into the box...sometimes when i type out the recepient's name in the box it will send it but most times it won't and says that the recepient box must be filled in..grrr it worked perfectly in the beginning but now the recepient box is doing the same thing in gifts except it starts with my user name in the box wierd huh?
using a HP compaq with internet explorer any subjestions..it all worked correctly to begin with but have had the problem for over a week now

Internet Explorer may be the problem. Have you recently updated to a newer version? Or maybe it's because you haven't updated. Or a setting may have changed in IE.
As far as the gifts go, are you trying to give someone a gift while on your profile page or My Eons page? For it to fill in with the recipient's name, you need to start from their profile page, or some place that has a connection to their screen name. For example, if you are reviewing your gifts received and there is one from someone that you would like to send a gift to, click on the link next to their gift to you that states, "Reply with a gift".

The Report spammers link on the new Eons Help screen doesn't appear to work, view link

When you click on the this link it doesn't take you anywhere. I am using Firefox & windows.

The other links on the same page do appear to work.

I have the same problem as mape - I cannot get the automatic address ability work on PMs, as it used to do. It started the morning after the last new release of "fixes" over a week ago.

I'm not getting any e-mail notifications from Eons today. It was working fine prior to the upgrade last night.
