Manage Your Eons Account Issues here!

To request an action on your Eons account, please check first to see if you can resolve your issue without help:

* To change your screen name ONE (1) time, Coming Soon!
* To leave a group, go to the group you wish to leave, click the Settings link, click the Leave the Group link located at the bottom of that page.
* To change frequency or unsubscribe from Eons emails, read this FAQ view link and be sure to scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the UPDATE button!
* To subscribe to the highly informative Eons Insider newsletter, click the Account Settings link, click the Notifications link, then click Yes to the Eons Insider weekly newsletter.
* To close your Eons account, which includes removing all your Friend and Group connections, go here view link and click Deactivate.

You can change your screen name from the Account Settings link at the top of the page view link and right there, the very first item allows you to make that one-time change. So choose wisely!

Hello Dragonpainter, Generally, it takes 24 hours to reset and Eons spam policy is something that the Eons Team will not share with us. I see that you've been a member since 2007, did you just recently become active again?

Eons did upgrade their spam filter and it's very possible that you're inability to send mail is a glitch. The Eons Team does check these threads and hopefully will respond to you soon.

The PM limits have become somewhat tighter as of the last release, but friend-to-friend PMs don't count toward the limit so, if you can friend the people you send PMs to, you won't hit the limit. I'm going to start a thread on this topic in Eons Advisors.

I haven't become any more active than I have been. Other than 5 being the most messages I can remember sending in one day.

My problem, and not for the first time, is that I have once again stopped receiving email notifications daily of activity in my groups. Seems to happen when "upgrades" are done. I have checked my account settings and all are correct. 6.12.09 at 12:35 am I finally received an email notification. Usual time in the past was around 2:00 am. Nothing yet for today.

in addition, when I joined eons (and my account settings still showed I am signed up for this) I have never received the informative eons newsletter.

I am going to add notifications@eons.com to my address book as willits gall advised here. However, as I have been down this route several times since joining... I doubt the problem is on my end.

Also, I can no longer locate the "contact us" feature.. what happened to that?
