Do great-grandmothers count? I'm sure there are many great (i.e. terrific) grandparents here, posts are interesting.
As a great GRANDmother myself...I sure hope we count! Of course we do..we count double, don't you think?

Yes we count, we are the glue that hold the family together. I have 9 grands and 4 great grands. They are a blessing and when they all get together it is like have a circus, but I love every minute if it.

I think we are put in a unique position. We can now see the landscape of many generations of change in our families. And, we can enjoy the new ideas put forth by the latest generation. This can add to our growth. We can share the origins, enrich the present, and inspire the future.
