I also love to cook! My family and friends always tell me I should open a restaurant! I like to try new recipes, and I cook the way my Grandmother did. By "Hand" measure and by the season and taste method. Once I try a recipe, I usually add my own touches, the second time I make it. Sometimes, I don't even use a recipe. I Just throw it in the skillet and name it later! Do you have any favorite family recipes you would like to share?
hello from omaha, sounds like you handed down a great tradition to your sons and grandsons. my grand daughters love to help with the cooking and it is so much fun to watch them. they actually do very well for their ages, 10 & 11. you have a good day!

weeelll "forgoodnesssake"!
I would love to visit your kitchen. I also taught my sons how to cook while they were growing up. I looked around in the 70's and saw that most girls didn't know how to cook so I made sure that they did and guess what ... all my daughter-in-laws love me for it!
