Jangy,
So good to hear from you. how are you guys doing? We are still hanging in around here. I have had a problem with a nerve in my leg and have been going to a pain Doctor but it doesn't seem to be helping much if any.Guess it's something I'm going to have to learn to live with.Let me know how I can help! I'll try to post things more often.
Have a happy Mothers day!
Hugs!

I tried several times, ask how everyone was doing and posted things and didn't get any response. I'm willing but others have to also.
We really need this group.
What a pity that my English is so poor.

We do need to get this group going, but we need to let each other know of things that help as well as what is or has been hurting. I know it is very hard to find a good pain doctor, keep looking. They are out there but they don't advertise so that junkies don't start coming to them. If anyone has a good dr. otu there, let others know. I'm sure you are not the only person in your area that hurts. I have been just as lax about saying hi and asking how others are doing, I will try to get better at it,also.
Thank you to those that have stayed with the site, let's everyone pitch in and try to get the word out! There are lots more like us who need help.

Good Morning everyone! Hope you all are doing better sleeping. I have nights that I sleep really well, then others that I don't so it balances out. Of course I don't work full time,so I can sleep during the
day. I sympathize with you people who can't sleep and are still working full time. Like someone else has said be sure and read your instructions from your Doctor or your pharmacist.I found that some of the medicen I take should be taken 30 minutes before bed and some others at bedtime. This may have some effect on your sleep. It does mine! Check it out!! Read the lesflet that is with your medicen.
Hope this helps!

It may seem that this site isn't very active, but I read what all the other people have to say, and sometimes I am to sad to write, and it helps to know that if I do write, others know just what I am talking about. So ty for keeping this group going, we need you. Thanks, thanks THANKS.
Well said..we will post when we can. Huby just got out of hos[pital after 26 days so thats where my time went. Will post more soon...miss u all Pattijean
Hi everyone,
I've visited many times but have not added my thoughts to yours. Today, I will, because I have a question.
Is this group really for people suffering from chronic pain and not from a chronic illness?
I've really been depressed after reading all of your complaints about aches and pains. Instead of that, couldn't the people on this site tell me how they deal with day to day discomfort? Is everyone here inactive and waiting for the grim reaper? What are you all doing to carry on with the things that are dear to your heart and to enjoy the beautiful things in life? Who's life do you make beautiful because you are in it? Is there any activity that makes you forget about, or moves you through, the seemingly worst of your illness?
Perhaps you are angry with me for writing this.....good! It will get your blood flowing and hopefully your fingers moving on your keyboard in response to my questions.
Remember that if you must have them, pity parties should last no more than five minutes a MONTH.
