3rd Annual Eons Cruise

We are running out of time for joining the 3rd annual eons cruise. (Hopefully someone will carry on the tradition next year!) The ship sails July 5th and all the details are listed on 50+ singles and skits group. Next week GNM, Amber and I are off for a month in Italy and surrounding areas so I will not be around. All of you that are sitting on the fence, pondering the wheres and whyfores, or waiting for Sean Connery or Demi Moore to volunteer to share a cabin......now is the time to decide. You can contact me with a pm, I am traveling with computer but may not be able to check it for a couple of days. Or you can call Jina at the link provided on the main 50+ Cruise and SKITS page. As a last resort, post your question here. There are plenty of past cruisers that will jump in to aid you with your questions. We have one guy and one woman looking for someone to share a cabin. So off your butts, kick yourself away from the keyboard, and lets go play!

Wow - I wish I had know about Eons earlier! My girlfriends (all of us boomers) are going on a cruise at the same time, but we're taking Carnival out of Mobile to Progreso and Cozumel, then driving over to New Orleans for a couple of nights! Sounds like you guys will have a blast!

Before I forget this for the 90th time, those of you interested in cave tubing will need some rubber wet-shoes (like slipovers that fit your feet). The alternatives are to (1) walk through the jungle in bare feet on stones and sticks, or (2) get your sneakers drenched. These wet-shoes can be purchased during the shore activity, but you can do better elsewhere.

then who are the 'cruisers' ?
are they a professional group not ringing any upfront bells in my

Eddy is our eddybear. The cruisers are the folks who are also on the cruise. It's also the title of a movie. Just thought it sounded right. Had a great time with the gang on the fourth and saw them off the next morning as they got on the shuttle that took them to the ship. I live in Miami, so it was an opportunity to meet up with some old friends. Everyone except eddy had been on the Alaska cruise last summer, which I also went on, so that was fun. I've met eddy at an East Coast Singles SKIT. A fun group and I know they will really enjoy being together. Sorry I had to miss this one, but too many other things on my plate this summer.
