Dell, I'm thinking about organizing one during the school year, perhaps Jan or Feb 2010. Prices are lower between Christmas and spring break, and there are fewer rug rats to contend with.

Great idea! I am glad you are doing this. I will be glad to go over the fun and games you go through when we meet in July. The main reason I stuck with July was so many of the interested one were in some way tied to the school year....teachers or worked in the school system. I could go most anytime until next year when Amber starts real school...then I will be in the same position of looking for get aways when she is out of school. Except forr the teachers, most will not have that problem so this could work for them. And as more actually retire your pool will grow.
what are we supposed to be watching out for from the married ones?
I am sitting at a table outside a coffee shop in Venice using the WIFI and waiting for the girls to wake up....The lazybums think we are on vacation or something and waste a lot of time sleeping! Whats up with that? We found a wonderful bed and breakfast on a canal where we could fish out the window....this town is really hard to resist!
OK, we are back from Italy and all! 30 days of eating out, two cruises, and the only exercise being walking a million miles and I only gained seven pounds! I have three weeks to loose it before the Eons carrib Cruise! Any last minute questions, let me know.....see you in Florida!
