I was digging in the attic and found a huge box of my son's legos. The grandson is old enough to play with them. Can't wait to see his face when he visits. I don't think he will be making something like in the image above for awhile.....

My pastor is a real Legos afficionado . . . his son told me this morning that his dad has over 10,000 . . . of course, I haven't been able to verify that guestimate, but Calvin is usually a reliable source for a 2nd grader. {big grin} ~KK

My coworker and her husband just took their daughter's family with three grandsons to a place called LegoLand in southern CA. It's an amusement park down by Disneyland, and it features Legos. She came back with pics of New York, the GoldenGate Bridge, the Inaguration (you should see the little people, thousands of them) all made from Legos. Pretty amazing.

Years ago, we stopped at a Lego store (I just can't remember which vacation it was at the moment) with our kids. It was amazing what they could create. Since Lego's aren't cheap, I can just imagine the value of those creations.
