Texas Rangers baseball
Tuesday night, my husband and I went to a Texas Rangers baseball game against Baltimore Orioles. Baltimore won but that did not bother me. To me, it was just a pleasant evening out.
Last week, Bush threw out a ball at a game. The local TV news interviewed some baseball fans there. I did not hear an anti-Bush remark. One fan made a snarky crack about "bleeding heart liberals."
Well, this is Texas and here, he will always be revered by many.
