Inquring Minds Want To Know

Who was your first love?

How old wre you ?

What happened to him/her?

did you marry them?
If not do you ever think bout them?
If you were single and they were single would you want to reconnect?

Are you still married?

When I was fourteen years old my girlfriend Nancy asked me to go to a dance with her. Her boyfriend didn't want to go and she felt funny to go alone. I had a babysitting job for that night and told her no. But She convinced me to cancel the job and go with her. She even paid my way. It must have been destiny because I met Bob that night. He was dancing with a beautiful girl and he was quite a good dancer. He was flipping this girl all over the place. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. I told Nancy, Tonight that guy is going to be my boyfriend. She reminded me of the beautiful girl he was dancing with. Anyway, I finally caught Bob's eye and he asked me to dance. Nancy went to the girls room and when she returned she was surprised to find me dancing with Bob. We spent the rest of the night dancing every dance until it ended. Then he asked to drive me home. Nancy's boyfirend picked her up and I allowed Bob to drive me. When we got to my house He gave me a friendship ring he happened to have on his gear shift and asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes and put it on a chain to wear around my neck. The next night he called and invited me to Edgewater Park, an amusment park that once was in Michigan but has not been around for over thirty-five years.

To make a long story short, Bob was 18 and I was fourteen. We saw each other every day for two years. When I was sixteen he moved into my parents home and paid them rent and when I turned 18 we got married. That was 45 years ago and yes we are still married. It has been a good life. My husband really loves me a lot and has always been very devoted to me. I am a very lucky woman. Don't get me wrong, we had our share of heartbreak. One handicapped child, and other things, but we made it through every problem. If I had it to do over again, yes I would.

I had lots of crushes, but I guess my first love was when I was a junior in college. We went together for about a year, then broke up. I have an idea he is still in his home state.
It would be nice to see him, but I don't know about anything further.
I was married for almost 34 years to my husband. I have been a widow for almost twelve years, but am seeing one of the crushes I had in high school so long ago. He is a widower. I knew the girl who became his wife too and was jealous of her.

I will try not to make this to long.

My first love was Paul. We dated for awhile and went our seperate ways. He joined the army and I went to college.

We met and married different people and didnt see each other again because I had moved to another state.

When my father died I moved back to the state to help my mother. I started teaching and one day a little boy came into my class who had the same last name as Paul and was a dead ringer for him. Half way through the year I asked him did he know a man named Paul with his last name.
Guess what. Paul was his grandfather. I told him I used to know his grandfather and the very next day his grandfather came to school to meet his teacher.
He was divorced and I was a widow and one year later we married.
We had 10 wonderful years together but he was in bad health and died in 1995.
I have moved on and am a newlywed of one year but there are parts of my heart that he had in high school, more parts he captured during our lives together that will always belong to him.

My first real love- his name was Bob and I met him on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights. We were toghter for a while, then he was drafted. When he got out of tech school he came to see me and I introduced him to my best friend. Well the next day she told me she was going out with him. He couldn't understand hy I was upset. He broke my heart. Didn't hear from him for a long time aand eventually I got on with my life. Two years later I got married and when we got home from our honeymoon, my mom took me aside and gave me a letter from him. He now understood why I was so upset about him dating my best friend. I tore up the letter but to this day, I wish I had answered. Would love to see him again. Probably never happen but one can dream.

Cool Slideshows!

Let's see, if my memory serves me correctly I was about 11. He remains alive and well with a lovely wife and family. Two of his sons have the most interesting names, "Sir" and "Mister." The reasoning, they would never be disrespected. I never think about him. Would absolutely not want to reconnect.

My first real love was Robert Herr, I'n the 10th grade, although we went together for 2 months I loved him for a very long time, I did somethings that wern't very cool to get him back. I grew out of that. I would have loved to have married him and have his kids, but it wasn't ment to be. He had alot of problems and we lost touch, Last year I by chance found out that he died in 97' I don't know how, he was only 44. I was looking up geneology and was curious as to see about himand his family, and found his Obit. I about died! I still am sad to think that he is gone.
