Disclaimer: This message was not directed at anyone in particular. It's a shortened form of our old "posting guidelines" that were lost in last year's group redesign. I've been meaning to write this for a long time. There still isn't a good place to put it. So I'll sticky it periodically until there's a better place for it.

I'm presuming from Niki's question that the Suggestion Box is not operational so I'm suggesting that maybe, just maybe, a group could be started and it's main purpose be for posting the glitches and problems that pop up. This could be a way for the Help Desk to keep track of all the problems that are going on but not be flooded with all the reports that I'm sure they're getting.

Yea, nay, or to be thought about?

IrishRaven - I'd be happy if people would use Eons Advisors for both bug reports and suggestions - and if they would do their best to keep it organized (e.g. by reading messages and not posting duplicate topics).

At the bottom of every page on the far right it says "Contact Help Team." Click on that and send a message.

Hi Baomike, if you scroll down to the bottom of any Eons page, the last link or the right side of the page will connect you to a form which is sent to the Eons Help Team.

Could someone tell me how to get my player to work. I don't know if I'm in the right place to ask for this, but I need help. I can't hear mine, or anyone elses.
