1 1/2 LB. BACON, JULIENNED/BROWNED
1/2 TLBS. SALT
2 TSP. BLACK PEPPER

LARGE STOCKPOT, COOK POTATOES ENOUGH SALTED WATER TO COVER...FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER.

DRAIN & RETURN TO THE STOCKPOT, ADD BUTTER, GARLIC, & SOUR CREAM.
BEAT WITH ELECTRIC MIXER TIL SMOOTH.
ADD A LITTLE MILK....IF NEEDED.
STIR IN CHEESE, BACON, SALT & PEPPER.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
