Poor Sleep and Longevity: What Gives?

Hello all...

Having gone a full two year stretch (circa 2000) sleeping only 2 hours per night, I have devoted much of my professional life and work to this very issue.

I also specialize in using a new Neurofeedback technology that normalizes restful, restorative sleep in 93% of the people I train in my practice.

A few of the cases that we have had success recovering sleep with:

* Recent and longer term general insomnia

* Anxiety and panic attack related insomnia

* Mild to moderate physical and central sleep apnea

* Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue related sleep deprivation issues

* Insomnia and sleep deprivation related depression issues

We assist in normalizing sleep without aids like Ambien and Lunesta. We do not however, diagnose, treat or cure any diseases or disorders.

So if anyone has any questions related to sleep, insomnia as well as other sleep related challenges....fire away! I'm happy to share what I know.

Yours in Restful Sleep,

Does your back or muscles ever wake you up.? I think strenght exercises for spine arthritis are counterproductive. I have to eat veggies for supper or my morning backache will wake me in 5 hours !!!

The worst thing about sleeping only 5-6 hours is that I can no longer meditate w/o falling asleep unless I take a nap. I try glucosamine, MSM, turmeric, boswellia, cherry capsules, and vit D. next: going to take my vit E in midle of the night along with baby aspirin.
