Supplement availability

I have been having a harder time finding the supplements that I need, as many stores, trying to save on inventory, have pared down their offerings. One of my favorite places to buy herbs and vitamins cut back, so I called the main office to find out why. Apparently some stores are using 'predictive' software programs to determine what people buy often and only carry those items!

Many natural supplements are available on line, and I have found some great resources for them. Locally owned co-ops also have a good selection, but not everyone has one in their town.

If anyone else has had this issue come up recently, please share your experiences and solutions.

I have been looking for a multi vit that isn't huge and gets stuck in your throat. I would rather take 6 small pills than one big one. I gag just thinking about it. I have a small mouth like a child.

You can buy pill splitters at any drug store. They work great to break up the big pills !

drugstore.com is where I go for OTC supplements. Saves going several different places to find what you want.
