Checking in - how are you?
Hello dear friends,
I have neglected this group while off doing a multitude of things - the main one being breaking my ankle/leg in 2 places requiring 2 surgeries and several months of recovery. If you have needed me and I wasn't available, please forgive me. In the future, if you need encouragement please feel free to email me at jill [at] mollisgarden.com, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Like millions of others, my home is going through a short-sale - in fact after only 3 days we have an offer, which will be decided upon by the bank. Unemployed and fighting fear and anxiety, once again God has ordered my steps. By having strong faith, the Lord brought me not only a realtor, but a new friend and - after reading my manuscripts - loved and felt blessed by them so has sent them on to a strong contact for publishers AND has offered me a great job before I have to leave my home.
Had I not been in this position, I wouldn't have met her. See how God works? We just have to be open and have strong faith that no matter what the trial, He never leaves us. Please keep me and these books in your prayers as they will touch many and be very powerful in preventing suicide.
I hope to hear from each one of you to find out how everyone is doing. I'm hoping that the reason there's been little activity here is because everyone is moving on and doing better in their "new normal". Let me know!
