I'm working on several baby quilts but have many more plans that anything else. I am building a nice stash for my retirement, which is not even on the horizon yet. Took classes several years ago but have only made raggedy edge quilts so far for grandchildren and great grand children. Have been on spring break but it is time tomorrow to start another quarter. I would like to hear from others here in Ohio who attend the NQA in Columbus and go on some of the shop hops.

woodfairy, I'm a fellow Ohioan! I went on one shop hop a couple of years ago that brought us to the neat shop out in the country in Ashland. We were on a bus so haven't a clue where all we were!! I'm up near Youngstown. I went to NQA in Columbus one year when my son and wife still lived there. Really enjoyed it and would love to go again. Nice to see you on here.

I am working on door signs of the seasons. I bought a wool kit with a bunny jumping on one side and tulips on the other. It was so cool that I wanted to make one for every season. I made an American Flag for Memorial Day, another one is cut for summer, and my Fourth of July one is ready. I really like working with wool. I also have a 1/3 quilted quilt calling me. Maybe this group will motivate me to work more diligently.
