Spring

It must be spring I saw a Red Wing Blackbird yesterday afternoon. They are one of the first ones back in our area. Before you know it there will be others.
It wont really be spring until the Gross Beaks, Humming Birds, and Orioles come back in May.

Hi Dan.
Spotted several redwings as well!! Oh happy day! Also saw one Robin about 3 days ago but not since. I did notice the goldfinches are starting to change and that those horny Mourning Doves are busy at it again. Do you think they have Viagra in their chromosomes?
Do we live in the same area? I am in West MI near Holland.
Keep up with the updates.

Here in south central Wi the red winged blackbirds are back and courting up a storm. They have one of my most remembered songs. Maybe I'll see a robin today. Haven't noticed the goldfinchs changing, yet.
