Hey, the property was cheap! The bus driver said he won't stay overnight in the village, we have to call him. Crime has been way down every since the natives left after that last rumble. Timing is everything, I lived under Mt Pinatubo and it didn't blow till 21 years later, but when it blew.......wowser, covered our base and we (U.S military) never went back.
